That was me - and I'm pretty sure it wasn't a Sounds / BBC issue but an LMS / network glitch, with drop-outs fooling the Beeb Sounds streams (or the LMS end of them) into thinking I wasn't logged in. Resolved itself after a day or so, iirc.
