Well I have had to change my tune here 

I had completely forgotten that I had relocated the Folder where I keep
my music on the Windows 10 Pro Desktop

A rescan of the files and Mconnect plays to my Touch


Maybe try a rescan, first look in your server logs for any messages,
Server Settings > Information > Scroll to the bottom
