Shouldn't the "latest" Docker be 8.2.1 now, and "stable" 8.2.0?
"latest" is the latest release version. "stable" is the stable branch, but not released yet. 8.2.1 is stable, as it has not been released yet, and only gets bug fixes, no new features. And there are nightly builds. It can change at any time.
