I have a QNAP from over ten years ago - which was still on the original firmware until last month. So I am still getting familiar with the new features of the Web GUI which it now has. Needless to say it is so much easier to use than what came before. Back in the day you had "QPKG" to install Apps, and that was about it. I understand now why the legacy SSOTS functionality is no longer required - superseded by standard out-of-box controls.
