I can only repeat what I said last year: I am not experiencing this. I just browsed in Music Folder to a just-added album, and it now shows up in New Music. I did check before browsing in Music Folder; it wasn't in New Music then. A track from the album is playing now. I'm still running the same LMS version as you, and now I'm on the same architecture. But I'm using Raspberry Pi OS, not piCorePlayer.
