I searched and searched for that link to garym's suggestion, but somehow never found it! Yes, my problem is solved. As I said, I was faddling around with the URLs to save as a favorite (as the streaming had stopped working) and managed to delete it. Then - and this annoys me! - I forgot that, using this laptop as I do on 2 entirely different networks, of course the URL needs to be configured to the local server....... And once I'd figured that, I eventually noticed that StremWhatYouHear wasn't running in the background anyway, so no URL/Favorite would have worked. So, I went down a few rabbit holes before the simple fixes worked....... It is a very handy program / facility. I also occasionally use it for streaming radio whose browser-based access is more easily searchable than what comes up on the LMS radio menus. Find and play it in the browser, then sling it direct to LMS (remembering then to mute the laptop audio...). Also - and this for cricket fans, while sometimes Test Match Special on BBC radio is geo-restricted to the UK (and even defeats a VPN), the Beeb have recently been providing the Audio for overseas listeners via a YouTube channel. And SWYH is an easy way to LMS that feed.
