Thanks for the follow-up. As always, I appreciate all you do for the SB community! Yesterday, I went into the office and the SB radio worked fine all day connected to MySB.com. If the problem reoccurs, I might try a roll back the prior version of the community firmware. At this point I have no idea why two days ago, twice in the same day, the SB radio could not connect to mySB.com and became non-responsive to the buttons on the Radio. Hopefully whatever gremlins was causing the problem have moved on.
