By coincidence I had the very rare requirement to split an APE file with Cue file, this morning. Possibly only the second time I've done it.
I used Medieval Cue Splitter, but it may only work in Windows: http://www.medieval.it/cuesplitter-pc/menu-id-71.html Foobar 2000 is said to work but I couldn't get my copy to do it. Is that the Fantasia DVD you're trying to play.
