I have no 'country' defined in podcasts plugin preferences. I have 'Apple/iTunes' defined as preferred provider. I have no ability to set the country in the Podcast Extensions plugin. There is no 'podcastext' preferences file in existence. Now, if I wickedly create a 'podcastex.pref' file by hand, and manually edit it to carry 'country: UK', well, then I magically gain the ability to set the country in the Podcast Extensions plugin.
