I've been following this as my fix was short-lived and my problems are exactly the same. So I just deleted the cache files (finding them on piCrePlayer was fun) and restarted LMS. After a few seconds the artwork and other track info populated in the playlist, all looking as it should. In the Squeeze Ctrl app againg all artwork present along with track times which had also dissapeared. Will continue to monitor.
