Hi Ronnie, Sorry for the delay in replying but I have to thank you for your huge efforts in sorting my way forward. I really appreciate the help & advice you've given so far and the offer to bail me out (remotely or in person) if I get really stuck. It's really kind of you. Although my system has issues, it's nearly all to do with the radio wi-fi dropping. It would be less risky if I just tried the fix illustrated in an earlier post, so that's the plan. However, I know how to backup my image safely so have nothing to lose trying the Max2Play image you've pointed out. I have a 16Gb card already. As I recall, I had to configure the "environment" somehow & know I won't have a clue so it may not work... I think I'll leave this until the Christmas break but will be sure to keep you posted. Thanks again. All the best Paul ------------------------------------------------------------------------ muggo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11514 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115511
