Looks like it is not there. So - set it again via Alsamixer and then
sudo alsactl store pcp bu That still might not restore on a reboot but I think you can make pCP restore the settings that alsactl saved by using the pCP ALSA Mixer control (pCP web interface) to make a change then it will know that you have customised things and will do a "alsactl restore" on reboot. You might have to make the Alsamixer & store & bu steps one more time after that if using the pCP ALSA Mixer interface resets things.
