All my music is red book quality (ALAC) and trying to achieve the best audio I can within my system. Currently using LMS to airplay my music to an old Airport express with optical out to my digital amp. Do you think a dedicated LMS endpoint (also with a digital out) will make any difference? I assume it just comes down to the implementation of LMS endpoint vs the airport express.
Just looking for opinions and/or experience.
