I've had some crashes due to mysterious reasons (mainly switching GPU I suppose), that I later fixed and the machine is once more stable and running 24/7 with no problem.
One of LMS' database files got corrupted in the crash. You'll have to shut down LMS, wipe cache.db* and library.db*, then restart LMS. If that didn't help, you might have to remove persist.db*. Take a backup of the files before removing them. This way you could restore them in case you removed the wrong files.
