Ds218 play doesn't support Docker that's why it's not available to install. Your option is to stay on DSM6. X, downgrade pearl and find LMS package from someone on forum here. Otherwise I highly recommend getting raspberry pi with PiCorePlayer to run LMS and point it to music stored on you up to date NAS (with DSM7 etc) .
