Hello all, Had to do the same, because I had set a password due to outside unauthorized entry, but couldn't get LMS to work after that. So after deleting the pasword entry and the user entry, still not working. So I deleted the server.prefs altogether and it worked again like a charm, did not loose any plugins etc., just mysqueezebox does not seem to connect, I'll look into that later. Reason I was locked out was because I had also checked "block outside connections" as I thought it would not block inside home network (192.1.*). But it did. So if you were blocked by this option, find it in server.prefs (no idea about the label/value) and delete it, or delete the file altogether (after making a backup copy of course).
