Hi, I wonder if you can help me. I have been happily running LMS 8.1.1-1610364020 (pinkdot) on my Synology DS214play under DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 3. I avoided the Pearl update so it continued to work.
Unfortunately after I added a new plugin, ShairTunes2 (fork), it crashed and would not restart. I SSH'd into the NAS and browsed the LMS plugin folder but could not find it to remove so I uninstalled LMS. Docker is not a solution for the 214play but fortunately I had saved the LMS installer and had version "LogitechMediaServer-i686-8.1.1-1610364019.spk". I tried to manually re-install it but I got an error message that it was not compatible. I also had version "LogitechMediaServer-i686-8.0.0-1605892076.spk" and tried that and it installed and runs fine. I wonder if Synology have put something in the DSM updates to prevent installation as it was previously on a slightly lower version when I last updated. So my questions: 1. What is the latest version of LMS that will run on DSM6.2.4 and where might I be able to get it? 2.
