I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't used AllQuiet in ages, so I'm not totally surprised. The infrared remote stuff is only designed to work with older, non-Jive players: Boom, Classic, SB 1/2/3, Transporter, probably also SliMP3 -- but the CLI command should work everywhere.
