I am using a 32gb sd card, but all my music is on my local NAS. Maybe it would be the SD card as you mentioned. I am using a Kingston card, but it's an old one that I had laying around a while ago. Maybe I can try using a diferent SD card next it gets corrupted. I am using Picoreplayer as the OS.
