I re-installed the 7.9.2 version of LMS that I had up until yesterday
(not running).

it now seems to *want* to start

yet I see nothing on ports 9090 or 9000 - it seems like the server
started without opening anything ?

I tried to stop/start the server and get the same thing. am I missing
something ?
