I admit, I didn't try your way of installation, because my currently installed version 8.3.0 runs and I don't want to change a running system. But I downloaded the 8.3.1 files you pointed to and they files are identical (beside the indicated plugin update). So why should your way of installing solve my dependency problem? I'm not an installation expert so I try to learn and understand.
