The scanner does have a known problem with opus files that contain largeish amounts of metadata (more than 65k bytes). The most likely cause of that is embedded artwork. You could check if thats your problem by experimenting with one or two of the tracks that dont scan. (E.g. remove artwork and/or all other metadata and try again).
