Loaded 8.3 and all is well except Super Date Time no longer works. Well, it works, but the default weather.com Identifier can't be changed. When I change it and hit apply it looks good, but when I refresh the page the default comes back. I tired uninstalling SDT and reloading it. Didn't help.
I know Michael can't help with this, but it may be a little warning to others who count on SDT for now. I'm loading my backup.
