This would be me:
Take a screen shot of all Favourites, My Apps and any Podcast urls that are installed on the Win 7 Partition. Take a screenshot of all Plugins and any Additional Repositories installed on the Win 7 Partition. E-mail the screenshots to myself On the new Windows 10 Partition Install the required version of LMS (right click and run as Admin). Go to the e-mails and copy the required info a step at a time onto the new LMS with a few restarts in between processes. Once finished prevent the LMS on the Win 7 partition from starting at boot. But that's just me Can one have a Windows 32 bit partition and a Windows 64 bit partition on the same Hard Disk ?
