I have migrate my Music library from a local extern HDD connected to the server (Windows Server 2022) with Squeezebox. When I change the folders in the Control panel (i.e. \\MEDIA_NAS\Music) and apply it will stand. But when I change the folders in the Webbased app after applying the field went empty.
If you're running LMS as a service then it doesn't run in your context. Which means that the service probably needs your credentials to access the NAS, but doesn't have them. You'd have to make sure LMS is running as a service using your credentials. This can be configured from the control panel.
