agree with w3w, but just to add a couple things - why not try the new
receiver ps on the old one, and see if the disconnect issue changes?.
Also, to add a bit more detail to the reset - receiver as w3w describes,
controller is hard power off (press and hold), then hold down '+', then
press power, release both when screen come up.
