I have 15mbps downstream with my Verizon FIOS service, so I don't think I have a speed problem :-)
You don't, but maybe your provider does, or Pandora's provider, Pandora themselves or something between you and Pandora. All those big numbers they're selling today are theory. As long as the other side or something in between can't deliver your bandwith, you're lost.
