Something may have changed with the radio stations' streaming format. I listened to KKSF using URLSnooper to get the real url of the stream:
mms://a6.l2187546005.c21875.g.lm.akamaistream.net/D/6/21875/v0001/reflector:46005 If this is pasted into 'Radio Tune In' in Slimserver, the station plays normally.
