They don't have agreements with individual labels as they're not
allowing individual downloads or streams. They'll be licensed through
the ASCAP Non-Interactive license for publisher rights (plus, I
imagine, whatever similar license BMI has) and through the DMCA
Statutory Licence for performance rights. There is no scope for a
specific label to opt-out of those agreements or demand more money.
