Hi there, It seems that I have solved my probs. I could not get connected to SQN, see posts above. I was checking the versions of slimserver and my firmware. They were 6.2.2 and 48, resp. In the "information" section in the player I also saw my player was recognised as v2, while I have a v3. I also ran into an item somewhere saying "autoupdate = Off", and it could not be set "On"
Anywayz, I checked the latest version of slimserver, which turned out to be 6.3.0, updated, and then this latter version immediately asked for an update of the player firmware (press brightness button on remote for few secs, etc), and it updated to v. 55! V 6.2.2 had not asked this for a long time, apparently. So, I could very well turn out to be a moron all the same, but I do not seem to remember that I had switched any options off, like autoupdating. I do not even know where to find such an option if I wanted. I usually do not try to fix a thing when not broken, and tend to leave the player and the server in peace when functioning properly. The SQN log-in worked and my internet radio played at some point in time. Is there something I've done wrong? Or could it just be that there was something wrong with the software/firmware? If I'm insulting someone, please forgive me. I can listen to my radio again. Hurray & Hallelujah.
