I use Windows XP SP2 and firefox 1.0.7, but this mistake is also in IE. It works now to add a new Favorite with cyrillic titles but if I want to edit one existing in cyrillic, then I get this bug.
By the way another small SN-Bug in IE is: I have over 100 favorites, and after the 99 favorites there is 00 instead of 100, and 01. instead of 101,also 02 instead of 102 and following...
