There's an older thread on this. Seems since the Vault went subscription (free), that the stream URL no longer works. The streams now are played on a flash player after you log in.
You can now select from a long list of concert tapes. The flash player does display a url in the top bar (strangely right clicking did not give me any properties data). When I get my PC up, I'll see if I'm able to past that url into the server to stream it. The url includes the text "concert id" so if it's a durable address, it may even be possible to save it in favorites and access it at any time.
