Geordie, Are you still having the same problems connecting to Squeezenetwork through Tiscali? If so, can I suggest that you look at the Forums on the Tiscali homepage to appraise yourself of the mega problems that Tiscali customers are having with their traffic shaping, blocked ports and peak usage policy. I too am on Tiscali and can only connect to Squeeznetwork during 'off peak' times. I would bet that your problems are ISP related and not Squeezenetwork.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Tiscali are not the ISP if you want to do anything other that browse web / E-Mail.
