Your Rhapsody account from Comcast ... is it a full featured account,
or is it radio / channels only?

For a number of reasons (some business, and some technical) a decision
was made to not implement support for subscription tiers below Rhapsody
Unlimited, but to provide full support for Rhapsody Unlimited and above,
no matter what the cobrand. (As an example, if you have an Unlimited or
To-Go subscription to Best Buy Digital Music Store, that account will
work, because that service is powered by Rhapsody.)

So if you have a full subscription ... you can use the full client to
pick and play as many tracks as you want, whenever you want ... but it
isn't working with Squeezebox, that's a bug. If you have less than the
all-you-can-eat subscription (eg; Rhapsody 25, Rhapsody Radio, Comcast
Radio, etc.), it's just something we chose to not implement for the
first generation.

Essentially, the top reason we chose to do this is because it ends up
pushing a lot of requirements on to our device partners to not do it.
They have to start knowing a lot about the various tiers, and turning
features on and off based on those tiers. It's easier for them (and
therefore easier for them to get the service to their customers!) if we
just say "If they can use our service, they can get everything. Period."
