When viewing your internet radio favorites on the SqueezeNetwork
website, look at the source code for that webpage. Save this in Word
or as text and it's a sufficient backup. I paste this into Excel (just
the section that contains the urls), where it's slightly modified, then
into Access, where I extract the actual url, then paste back into
Excel, where I make a nice thumbsize printout of station # and station
name - this could be printed on acetate and rested in front of the SB
for an attractive reference. Both Excel and Access contain the actual,
extracted url. If you want the formula I use in Access to extract the
url, let me know (it uses the mid and instr string functions, which I
don't think are in Excel, otherwise I'd do the whole thing in Excel).
>From Excel, the urls and station titles could probably be imported, or
cut and pasted individually, into other applications like itunes.
Problem is, urls that work in SB may not work in other audio
applications without modification, and experimenting with these
modifications can be time-consuming.
