I made the mistake of upgrading my free Comcast account to a standard
Unlimited account...Rhapsody support refers to this as a co-branded
account.  What a mess.  My email and password remain tied to the
Comcast email account and if you change your password you need to go
through Comcast.  

I called support to convert the account and that's where the trouble
started... their support is tragic!!!!  They botched my conversion and
set my password but unfortunately, my account was so botched, I
couldn't reset my password on any of the standard interfaces.  Finally,
late last night ...I believe all was resolved.  This was probably over
3.5 hrs of support time and a lot of frustration.  

My recommendation is if you have an existing free Comcast
account...just create a new one outside of the Comcast co-brand if you
want to isolate your email account from your music account.  I would
also avoid Rhapsody support at all costs.... I'm not sure it's really
their fault or the crappy development behind the scenes.
