Strange...Mouse over the blue "target" link at the bottom left corner of the "favorites" page, what are you seeing? You should see it as "favorites.opml", it's not an xml file, that's kinda wierd...right click/save as should directly retrieve it as opml...(I'm using Firefox browser on XP)
