Hi, I am a more senior computer user, so treat me gently! I have installed alienBBC on slim server. I have tested the service at the computer and it works well. In slim server, alienBBC is shown as a usable plug-in but at the sqeezebox end it is not shown as available as a printed title. I have checked the other plug-ins and they are all shown and work at the squeezebox end. Somewhere along the line, alienBBC is not connecting with the squeezebox's I have and I can't get any service at all. Where have I gone wrong? I have checked other entries and none seem to refer to this problem. I run XP SP2 with free zone alarm, all the necessary permissions in the firewall are active, as far as I can tell. Any help would be appreciated, as I am pulling my hair out and at my age it's precious and is thinning! Thankyou
