My problem is that I don't use the SB3 remote. I have taught all the buttons to my universal remote. For the volume controls, the remote has learned the volume signals from my JVC receiver remote. Unfortunately this now controls BOTH the receiver AND the SB3.
Last night, the SN homepage said that the latest version "Fixed disabling of remote controls" although when I tried it before bed, it was still happening. I'll have another go when I'm home from work (will I need to do a firmware upgrade or something)?
