I just found that the following also works: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/wm_asx/aod/radio1.asx I got this from right clicking the "Listen using stand-alone Windows Media Player" in BBC radio player. I don't know how this all works but is there any reason I can't use this? I can get it straight from the BBC and doesn't require me to use any third party software.....?
