I have 2 Squeezeboxes (less than a year old) that seem to be stuck in a continuous "firmware update loop" conflict of some kind between SlimServer and SqueezNetwork (Pandora). If I try to play from my PC (SlimServer) it says I need a software update... So I perform the update (which includes a FACTORY RESET), re-enter my 128 bit WEP key and I can play from my PC.
The minute I sign on to the SqueezeNetwork AND try to access Pandora, I am told I need to update software AGAIN. So I do... Pandora plays... The minute I switch back to my SlimServer, I GET THE UPDATE REQUEST AGAIN. If I perform the update, you guessed it, SqueezeNetwork requests it again when I switch back. I seem to be caught in an endless update loop that enables/disables one of the two network functions. Both Squeezeboxes are doing this...
