When I tried to sign up for Rhapsody, after I accept their generous offer of a 30 day trial, I get this message:
"We're sorry, but Rhapsody® is currently available in the U.S. only." Many people here in Santa Cruz (including me) don't consider ourselves part of the Bush administration, so maybe that's the problem. I suspect it's because I don't use one of the top 10 ISP's.
