Have I upset somebody? This is where I get support for squeezenetwork related questions isn't it?
One of the reasons I purchased the squeezebox was because of the level of support it seemed was offered to customers. I know neither of my questions are important, however, even a reply post by somebody from Slim Devices/Logitech to say they had read my post and they'd get back to me would let me know I hadn't been ignored.
