I thought I was losing my mind. I have had the same problem. It did start sometime in late June. Squeezenetwork was functioning flawlessly for me. I unplugged everything for 10 days in June as I went on an extended vacation. I plugged it back in, it all seemed normal then Squeezenetwork went down and was restored. There has been nothing but these intermittent problems since.
Both my Squeezeboxes work flawlessly with Slimserver so it definitely is not a router issue.
