I'm noticing that playing pandora through the squeezebox that it seems to not be normalized across tracks. Some tracks have much lower volume.I know that Pandora mp3's contain gain in the tag and in the xmlrpc data when getting the next songs. Can someone from SD tell me if the gain is being ignored or not on playback through Squeezenetwork?
I don't really like how the menu works for Pandora. In order to change my personal station it seems like I have to back out several times and then make my way back. Am I missing a way to switch between panadora stations with one menu change? When turning on the unit and starting a pandora station the unit starts with the last song and appears like it might be playing the last few cached songs. Is there a way to make the unit go out to Pandora and get a new song when starting the station? I'd like to be able to mark a song from the unit to not play for a month. I have this feature in Pandora web client. Basically this doesn't mark the song as one you don't like, but rather keeps it out of rotation for 30 days.
