Thanks for the update. Since I'm still unable to access the service, now almost 2 weeks after it was first reported in this thread, maybe it would make sense to change the way the indexes are updated in SN for the future (if technically feasible). Conceptually, don't toss the old indexes until rebuilding the new ones succeeded.
