The URL worked OK for me on Squeezenet. I think the problem is your ISP DNS - it resolve the name radio.internode.on.net:8122 differently depending on whether you are connected to your ISP or not. Rather than using the name ( radio.internode.on.net ) in the Squeezenetwork favorites with "noscan" use the IP address as it appears on your PC.
