I searched in the archive for older posts about the message "Problem: can't find address for Squeezenetwork". The solution seemed to be to enter the DNS address directly into Squeezebox (in the network setup). I did this and now it connects without a problem.
So it seems the problem may be solved - however, I never had this problem before (1) implementation of the new SN and (2) upgrading to 7.0 - so I wonder what's changed!
