Rhapsody is working fine here...just tested it. When I have problems connecting to Internet services like Rhapsody or XM Radio, I power-cycle all hardware: cable modem, router, Squeezebox. I also stop and restart the Squeezecenter software for good measure. That usually cures the connection problems.
