BTW, this is confusing because AFAICT, the Sirius website never actually
mentions a "premium" account.  I assume it works like this (Andy,
correct me if I'm wrong):

If you already have a regular Sirius account (with a Sirius satellite
radio) you pay $12.95/month.  This also gets you the Sirius 32K
internet streams, but these are not available via the official Sirius
plugin.  For an additional $2.99/month, you can upgrade to 128K
streams.  I gather this upgrade also gets you access via SC/SN.

If you do not already have a Sirius account, you can get an "Internet
Radio" subscription for $12.99/month.  This type of account already
includes the 128K streams and does not seem to have any "upgrade" or
"premium" options.  I'm assuming that this type of account will also
work with SC/SN.

Do I have this right?
